Updating Your License

Entering a New License Key

At certain times, you will be required to enter a new license key to use Provisio. This may be required if:

• Your current license key expires;
• You are provided with a new license key if you purchase additional modules;
• You are upgrading from a trial license to a full license;

To enter a new license key, go to Edit menu -> Preferences and click the "License" section on the left.

This will show you the details of your current license. Underneath is a "Update License" button which allows you to enter a new license key. Click this and paste your new license key in the box provided.

If your license has already expired, the next time you open Provisio, you will be prompted to enter a new license key.

Deleting your Current License Key

In rare circumstances, you may wish to simply delete your existing license key and go through the Provisio setup process again. To do this, you must go to a DOS command prompt and change directory to where the Provisio.exe was installed (usually C:\Program Files\Provisio). Enter the following command to delete the license key and start Provisio.

Provisio.exe -deleteLicense
