Installation Guide

Download the software

To download, click the "Download" button on the top-right of the page.

If you see a message prompting you to save or run the file, we recommend saving the file to your desktop or another convenient location.

As a convenience to our clients, we also make a CD copy of the installer available. When you insert the CD into your computer the setup program will launch automatically after a few seconds and guide you through the installation process.

Please contact us if you would like a CD copy of the software to be sent to you.

Run the Installer

Once the download is complete, you will see a file called setup.exe. Double-click this file to launch the setup program which will guide you through the remaining steps.

Launch Provisio

To run Provisio after you have installed, go to the "Start Menu" and under "All Programs" you will see a folder for Provisio. Click the "Provisio" icon in that folder and the software will launch.

When installing Provisio, you may have selected to create a desktop icon. In this case you can also launch Provision by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.

Setup Wizard

The first time you run Provisio, you will see a license key. As you click through the screens, you will be prompted to enter a license key. This key is included in the email you would have received shortly after purchasing Provisio. Enter the license key in the area specified and click "OK" to continue.

Note that you are only prompted for this license key once but you should keep a hard copy of the email with the license key in a safe place in case you have to reinstall the software in future.

Further Configuration

To customise Provisio with your default assumptions and a range of other preferences, click on "Preferences" in the Edit menu.
