Provisio Server overview

Provisio Enterprise Server coordinates advice activities throughout your organisation. It is installed on the network and integrates with the fund administration systems — and, it centrally manages your advisers' Provisio Desktop implementations. A common example of coordinated activity is the ability for advisers and online members to "co-browse" advice sessions: If an online member needs help, they ask an adviser to join the session. The adviser can perform more complex operations and then present the results to the member.

Provisio Enterprise Server also has many benefits for various business units. It makes the fact-find process easier by retrieving known member data from administration systems, such as super balance or contributions history. It tracks advice history and SoA generation for easy auditing and compliance, and enables targeted marketing using personalised projection results.
